Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Every sticker order is made and shipped by the small studio in Canada that designs our stickers. Sticker orders ship free by untracked mail. If a tracked option shows at checkout, you can choose it.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes about 4 to 7 days in Canada and about 2 weeks to the US. December can add a few days.

For Christmas, order by December 5 in Canada or December 3 in the US.

Gift cards arrive by email right after checkout.

Lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks in Canada or 4 weeks in the US, email packpals.help@gmail.com and we'll send a new one for free to the same address.
